Confirm overall height, usable internal dimensions, dimensional tolerances and base contact geometry. Include lids, dividers and inserts in the clearance check. A nominal 600 × 400 mm footprint alone does not establish conveyor, shuttle or robot compatibility.
Prepare a sample trial
Share the payload, its distribution, equipment support points, handling orientation and operating conditions. Agree on acceptance criteria with your integrator, then test loaded transfers, sensor detection, scanning and picking access with the intended configuration.
